A mutation wrote a table a live query reads, and their tags don't intersect (dev): open pages won't update.

Fix: Add one of the query's tags to invalidates.

Status in weft@0.1.0: reported by @weft-js/start when it serves or renders the route, and by weft check and weft routes --meta.
