A stream's run read the database before it subscribed to a topic (dev): what's published in between is lost.

Fix: Call topic.subscribe() first, or pass after.

Status in weft@0.1.0: reported by @weft-js/start when it serves or renders the route, and by weft check and weft routes --meta.
